Are Self-Laminated Safety Tags OSHA Compliant?

Absolutely! OSHA points out that the failure to control hazardous energy accounts for nearly 10 percent of serious accidents in many industries. Consequently, OSHA puts the burden on the employer to protect its employees. Our tags meet OSHA’s strict requirements ensuring you’ll not only pass any inspection with these tags, but more importantly that the lives of your employees are prioritized. The primary advantage of choosing a self-laminated version is that it is an economical way to customize the lockout tag and then seal it up for protection. With these tags, you can include bar codes, photos, machine-specific data, and even special messages such as “please don’t hurt me, I’m a nice guy” on the tag if you so choose. If we made a tag that wouldn’t hold up against the heat, steam, freezing cold and water that flows through industry we wouldn’t be in business very long. Every product you see come off of our line is made right here in the USA. With our main production facilities located in New York, New York, we’ve been keeping the great American workforce safe for over 70 years. Some companies by look to save a dime or two by shipping in products internationally, but we don’t think the lives of your employees are worth the risk. We control the process from beginning to end and we are proud to put our stamp of approval on every product.
